This year, at the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® annual conference – Rector Hayden received three awards overall – highlighting the passion and integrity our company devotes to this industry.
Rector Hayden REALTORS® was inducted into the Global Alliance Club this year (and received the globe award you see pictured above). LeadingRE companies are added to this club when they successfully complete an international referral to a sister company.
In 2017, Rector Hayden Relocation Services assisted a referral going to the Dominican Republic find their new home!
For Marketing: Rector Hayden Realtors received both the first place award mentioned above, and an honorable mention award for our agent encouragement campaign “Make It Rain.”

Rector Hayden REALTORS® Wins 4 Marketing Awards at Global Real Estate Conference
(LEXINGTON, KY) – March 8, 2017 – Rector Hayden REALTORS® was presented with 4 marketing awards from Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, a selective global community of the highest quality independent real estate firms. The award was presented during the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® Conference Week, a series of events that drew an impressive audience of 2,000 real estate professionals from 25 countries. Rector Hayden REALTORS sent two attendees: Whitney Baxter, Relocation Coordinator; and June Laves, graphic designer.
The award-winning entries, of the 101-500 sales associates division, in the Interactive Media, Referral Promotions Category, Internal Promotions Category, and Business Card Design were chosen for excellence in creativity, quality and overall presentation and effectiveness.
Rector Hayden received the FIRST PLACE award for originality in interactive media.
Rector Hayden received the Third Place award for Referral Promotions, for superior marketing relating to referral contests and programs, helping raise awareness of the company’s global real estate capabilities through its affiliation with LeadingRE.
Rector Hayden received the Third Place award for Internal Promotions, recognizing outstanding marketing of LeadingRE programs to the company’s internal audience.
Rector Hayden received the Honorable Mention award for superior Business Cards, Letterhead and Specialty Marketing in recognition of its creative and effective collateral materials.

Outgoing referrals are important to us all. Our agents earned a combined total of over $61,000 last year in extra income from outgoing referrals. Our Leading RE network thinks they are so important, they have started a new recognition program for outstanding agents and we are thrilled to have had 4 of our agents honored with certificates! The referrals had to have been sent and closed between January 1st and December 31st of 2014.
