Outgoing referrals are important to us all. Our agents earned a combined total of over $61,000 last year in extra income from outgoing referrals. Our Leading RE network thinks they are so important, they have started a new recognition program for outstanding agents and we are thrilled to have had 4 of our agents honored with certificates! The referrals had to have been sent and closed between January 1^st and December 31^st of 2014.

Rector Hayden Relocation Services has TWO big contests going on for active Rector Hayden agents! Get ready to win big prizes, big bragging rites, and big fun!

(1) Our Relocation contest is the “Relo Race for the Roses,”…

…a gentle parody of the ever beautiful and popular horse race! To encourage outgoing referrals, we are starting this new contest! For each outgoing referral you submit to Whitney Baxter, our relocation coordinator, you receive a chance at winning both a quarterly prize and the GRAND PRIZE!

How to enter: For every legitimate outgoing referral, agents will receive one (1) entry into the monthly drawing and the Grand Prize drawing. Referrals must be submitted between April 1, 2015 and September 1, 2015. Remember, these should be quality referrals for business that you truly think will be successful.

Monthly Prize Details: At each Sales Meeting (May, June, July, and August) – There will be a monthly drawing. The winning agent will have their Advantage Fee waved for the month!

Grand Prize Details: A Day at Keeneland during the Fall Meet. It will include admission, lunch, and other prizes worth $150. Winner will be drawn at the September Sales Meeting.

How to enter: All Agents/Teams will receive one (1) entry in the giveaway for each closed-side unit. Closing must occur between January 1, 2015 and December 31, 2015 to be eligible. The Winner will be drawn randomly at Sell-A-Bration 2016!

All sold unit closings, excluding lots, will count in the contest. Shared units will be divided accordingly. Closed co-listing = 1/2 unit per agent. Entries cannot be assigned or transferred. An RHR Team will be treated as one entity for all aspects of this contest. Contest winner will be responsible for any state or federal taxes incurred.

Prize Details: Relaxing All-Inclusive Weekend Getaway for Two to The Grove Park Inn located in beautiful Asheville, NC.

The Omni Resort Grove Park Inn is historic resort hotel on the western-facing slope of Sunset Mountain within the Blue Ridge Mountains, in Asheville, North Carolina. It is a AAA Four-Diamond Hotel and has been since 2001.
