Last week, Rector Hayden agent Beth Bell Brown and Rector Hayden Manager Donna Williams, traveled to the Women’s Council of REALTORS (WCR) Conference – which is aligned with the NAR’s Legislative meeting and Expo in Washington, D.C. Brown described the event as, ” All WCR members can attend the conference which is aligned with NAR’s legislative meetings and Expo which is packed with sessions to keep us up to date on all that is current with NAR and the real estate industry.
We sat in on so many incredible sessions with speakers like Katie Lance who spoke about getting Social Media Smart. Brian Copeland, manager of over 300 agents at Village in Nashville spoke about branding, and eDearment – Engaging your clients in the very best and most effective ways – Joseph Rand presented a truly innovative approach to goal setting. Juanita McDowell, helped us learn more about how social media can help us balance our day to day business strategies. Other topics were “Executing your Game Plan” balancing business and personal life. We also learned several ways to enhance the WCR experience for our members through our monthly programs and online resources.”
Brown is not only passionate about her work in the community as a REALTOR, but also fully devoted to her membership as President-Elect in the Lexington chapter of WCR. “Women’s Council of Realtors is a network of over 11,000 men and women Realtors across the country. It provides a network of resources geared to enhance every aspect of our real estate sales careers.,” Brown explained.

Brown is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), GRI (Graduate of the REALTOR Institute), and now holds the Performance Management Network designation. Her devotion and passion is clearly reflected in her desire to learn and grow, as well as in her production each year as a top agent within the Bluegrass region!
