C – A – T – S CATS CATS CATS!
To celebrate the season start for University of Kentucky Wildcats, The Rector Hayden Family got together for an amazing lunch, prizes, and community. So First, a BIG thank you to the TOP MVP of the day: Aaron Mason of Rector Hayden Mortgage for providing the delicious barbecue and fixins.
The BBQ came from local Bradford BBQ – owned by Matt Bradford. They started as the first BBQ food truck in the Lexington Metro area – and recently set up a brick-and-mortar in the Zandale Shopping Center. Check them out on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/BradfordBBQ

Safety Tip – Sharing the Road with Young Pedestrians
Provided by HomeServices of America Inc. & Berkshire Hathaway
Everything gets busier on the roads once the school year begins. Buses are everywhere, kids on bikes are hurrying to get to school before the bell rings, and hurried parents are trying to drop their kids off before work. Therefore, it’s never more important for drivers to slow down and pay attention than when kids are present – especially before and after school.
According to research by the National Safety Council, most of the children who lose their lives in bus-related incidents are 4 to 7 years old, are walking, and are hit by the bus, or by a motorist who illegally passes a stopped bus.
A few precautions go a long way toward keeping children safe:

PRINTERS – All Agent Offices have gone to a Direct Print System. This means that you no longer need your key fob to print, it will default to the BW printer closest to you in the office. You can also print in color without using your fob – we request that you not abuse this privilege. If you need to print something IMPORTANT OR CONFIDENTIAL, you can still select the printer that is secured with your fob and release the job at the printer like you used to. Choose the printer that does not have a location in the name ( ColorPrinter vs. ColorPrinterDownstairsBeaumont). If you ever have any questions, please feel free to ask a staff member.
MOVING? – Clients getting ready to move, or needing to haul out some junk? The amazing folks at College Hunks Moving & Hauling Junk left 10% off coupons with June Richey at the front desk in the Beaumont Office.

It also means great sunlight for home pictures. If you haven’t yet, take a few minutes to make sure NONE of your listings have photos with snow in them. Take new pictures to replace those images, we can help you update your listings.
