Saturday Bike Fever – Bike Prom 2017

Good vibes for all ages. Bike the groovy downtown route and land some far-out awards and giveaways. Then get down at the Dicso after party at the LASC with funky DJ sounds, West 6th Brewing & food trucks. Can you dig it?

All levels of biking experience welcome. Pre-Prom refreshments and registration begins at 4:00 PM at LASC. The ride through downtown begins at 5:00 PM. All proceeds benefit the Living Arts & Science Center’s Scholarship Fund.

The Musical World of Harry Potter

The Lexington Legends are presenting a unique on-field concert experience for fans to enjoy–the Musical World of Harry Potter performed by the Musicians of the Lexington Philharmonic. In a two act, one hour and forty-five-minute performance, the Lexington Philharmonic, led by conductor Scott Terrell, will fill the stadium with the sounds of musical scores and excerpts from the Harry Potter films from a stage located on the field of Whitaker Bank Ballpark.

Apple Festival

Celebrate the beginning of fall with our annual Apple Festival! Craft booths, live music, great food and the opening of u-pick apples! We will have caramel apples, fried apple pies and fresh-pressed apple cider. The play area and barnyard will be open along with pony rides and hayrides.

HarvestLEX 2017

The Bluegrass Chapter of the KRA will host its inaugural 2017 Harvest Lex (presented by Visit LEX and Beyond Grits) in partnership with Manchester Music Hall.

Lexington’s finest restaurants, wineries, breweries and distilleries will be offering up tastes of their best harvest, in celebration of our community of great food and great people! 

Proceeds will benefit Kentucky ProStart and FoodChain Lexington.
