Presented by Windstream: Who’s hungry? Crave is back in action this August! An epic festival of food and live music right here in good ol’ Lexington, Kentucky. Seriously, y’all; it’s epic. There are over 50 food restaurants, chefs, food trucks, craft beer & cocktails, kids stuff, a car show and 11 musical acts performing over two days. Parking is free and it’s only 8 bucks to get in. Kids under 10 are free. Located at the Bluegrass Fairgrounds at Masterson Station Park.

2017 Lyric Back-to-School Carnival

This event is free and open to the public!  

The Lyric Theatre hosts the 2017 Back To School Carnival on Saturday, August 5 11AM – 3PM.

Come to The Lyric to celebrate the start of the 2017-2018 Fayette County Public School Year and enjoy games and activities.  

Free school supplies and popcorn!

Picnic with the Pops: Michael Jackson

Then, on Saturday night, enjoy a dazzling homage to the Music of Michael Jackson. Table tickets (8 per table) are available, as well as general admission (lawn and blanket) tickets. Tickets can be redeemed through the Lexington Center Ticket Office. Children 12 and under are free.

Come see the 28th annual Ballet Under the Stars! Bring a picnic and enjoy an evening under the trees with family and friends.

Annual Corn Boil with Daughters of the Nile

Allegro Dance Project: In Our Element

Saturday, July 8th at 3pm & 7pm

Allegro Dance Project is back with a thrilling new show sure to delight audiences of all ages as they bring the elements of air, fire and water to the Lyric Theatre stage!

This innovative performance event will feature contemporary dance, an exciting variety of high flying aerial and circus arts and original live music and will also include a silent auction in the theatre lobby. Proceeds will support Allegro Dance Project’s Inclusive Dance Outreach program

KY Farm Bureau Bourbon County BBQ Cook-Off

Come out and enjoy some of the best BBQ in the area! The first 100 people will receive a free t-shirt with their tickets!

Plate meals will be available from some of the participants and desserts will be sold by Garretts!

All proceeds will go to the Bourbon County Farm Bureau Scholarship Fund.

We are still accepting participants!
