April is Fair Housing Month

From Realtor.org: The 1968 Fair Housing Act prohibited housing discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or handicap. Every April, REALTORS® celebrate Fair Housing Month to reaffirm their continuing commitment to fair and equitable treatment and a professional level of service for all in their search for real property.

Notes from Agents…
John Sanders invites agents and staff to take part in the American Diabetes Association’s event  Step-out Walk on May 30th at Keeneland 1.5 mile route, pets are welcome.
  • John Sanders, REALTOR jls@rhr.com
    • A message from John: I  originally got involved in 2005 because of my Father-in-Law. He was a double amputee and did dialysis for several years before he passed as a result of Type 2 Diabetes. He played college football on the 1951 national championship team at Tennessee. It was hard to watch him decline as he did, but he kept a strong spirit through it all. This has always been my motivation in fighting for this cause, and I hope to put together a team here at Rector Hayden. If anyone is interested in joining the fight I would greatly appreciate the support. There are many families that are affected by Diabetes, but it is a battle that can be won. I know many of the people here are at work for different causes, and are great servants for those causes. Please let me know if you would be willing to join up and I will forward more information as it becomes available
