Our 50th Winner’s Circle!

Rector Hayden just held its 50th Winner’s Circle Celebration!

Rector Hayden Winner’s Circle event is put together by our agents. If Rector Hayden agents want to enter, they can pay-to-play, by putting money in the ‘pot’ when they have a new listing put on. When that Rector Hayden listings sells and closes, the agent that brought the buyer is now entered into a chance to win $10,000!!! The buyer’s agent does not have to be a Rector Hayden agent in order to be eligible to win!

After we have 50 Winner’s Circle homes close, we set up a drawing event. Recently, we’ve been holding the drawing as a breakfast event in the multi-purpose space at our office. Giftcards are given away as door prizes, agents get to network with people from different companies, and enjoy a fun morning – and potentially go home with $10K!

On a slightly chilly, late September morning – 50 real estate agents from Central Kentucky gathered together for an amazing breakfast, networking opportunity, and a chance to take home a giant cardboard check!

Alma Hopkins wins big – rackin’ up door prizes!

Alma Hopkins, Realtor® specializing in the Georgetown community, is known for being an avid supporter of the Rector Hayden Winner’s Circle program. It certainly paid off for Alma today – she won THREE of the six door prizes!!

Winner’s Circle #43 – Congratulations Kathy!

Winner’s Circle Breakfast Banquets are always so much fun!  With great door prizes, Old Kentucky Chocolates, and Sweet Lulu’s Biscuits & Gravy – everyone is a winner even if you didn’t win the $10,000 smackeroos.

This time around 42 of our 50 Selling Agents were able to attend the banquet giving everyone a better chance at that $10k!  Each participating selling agent received a custom bar of chocolate from Old Kentucky Chocolates – and all invitees received a shot at one of SIX door prizes.

Once 50 Winner’s Circle Homes are sold – agents from all over the Bluegrass get together at RHR in Lexington for a scrumptious catered breakfast and a super chance at winning a big giant check (as well as some awesome door prizes!).

This year, after feasting on Sweet Lilu’s amazing country ham sandwiches, Keller Williams Agent Valdes Ferguson went home with the Grand Prize!  Our very own John Elling was the listing agent, so he also won a $1,000 prize!

But, not only can one agent win an awesome grand prize – but FOUR agents made out like bandits with fabulous door prizes!  Each of the following agents won $50 gift cards as part of our door prize drawing!
