Inspiration – Article Roundup

From The Rector Hayden Marketology Room…

Are you ready to start blogging or writing engaging content for your social media feed?
Take the guess work out of writing and use these 4 great content ideas!
Remember, be RELEVANTCONSISTENT – and PERSONABLE!

#1: Local Businesses

The BEST way to market yourself online is to remember to be HYPERlocal. What does that mean?
Hyperlocal – a new lexicon termed as focusing your content or discussion on very specific market areas like neighborhoods or boroughs.
Is your listing close to a National Monument, a Fabulous Ethnic Restaurant, on the parade route for a festival? Feature that as content in your blog post or social media status. Show consumers that you’re a neighborhood expert and that you’re in tune with the community.

#2: Real Estate News Sources

Give your audience a peak into the nuances of national real estate! Offer your own opinion on the articles they’re sharing. This shows your clients that you are an industry expert as well – proving you care enough about your job to keep learning all of the new trends and cases in real estate. We recommend these twitter accounts to follow to keep up with current events in Real Estate:

@InmanNews

@LauraMonroe

@NobuHata

#3:  National News Sources

When it comes to keeping up with current events in real estate – 24 hour news networks are also a great source of inspiration for content posting.  Once a week sit down and read through an article or two on a certain topic – and then weigh in your own opinions about the situation.  You’re just as capable as the real estate pros for Wall Street , so get out there and share your knowledge!
