Step Out Walk to Stop Diabetes

It starts with YOU! Lace up your sneakers and join us for the American Diabetes Association’s Step Out Walk to Stop Diabetes at Lexington’s Keeneland Race Course! Participants are changing the future by making a positive impact in the lives of those who are affected by diabetes, and you can too! Register for our 5K run (participants may also walk this route) and a 1-mile fun walk today!

Walk Day Schedule: 

  • 8:30 am – Registration and Pre Walk Activities: Health & Wellness Area, Champions & Red Strider VIP Tents, Panera & Starbucks Refreshments
  • 9:30 am – Opening Ceremonies
  • 10:00 am – 1 Mile Fun Walk & 5K Walk 
  • 10:05 am – 5K Run 
  • 10:30 – 5K Run Awards and Post Walk Activities:Kid’s Zone, Health & Wellness Area, Champions & Red Strider Tents, and more!
